📖 About the Service
Bible is a mobile application that provides access to multiple versions of the Holy Bible for personal reading, study, and sharing. The app is designed as a reference and study tool.
Key characteristics:
Bible includes over 50 versions of the Holy Bible in more than 25 languages
All included Bible texts are in the public domain or available under free-use licenses
The app functions primarily offline after initial Bible version setup
Bible is not affiliated with any religious organization, church, or denomination
The app is a tool for personal use and does not provide theological interpretation or guidance
📚 Content and Access Levels
Free Content
The following is available to all users at no cost:
Complete access to the Book of Genesis in any available Bible version
All app features including favorites, pins, reading progress, and search within Genesis
Access to all Bible versions for the Book of Genesis
Premium Content
Access to the complete Bible requires a premium subscription or one-time purchase. Premium access includes:
Full access to all books of the Bible in every available version
Complete search functionality across all books
All current and future features included in the premium tier
Content Availability
The number of Bible versions, languages, and features may change with app updates
We strive to maintain and improve the available content over time
The specific content available at any given time is determined by the current version of the app
💳 Subscriptions and Purchases
Bible offers the following payment options for premium access:
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription: Provides premium access with automatic monthly renewal
Annual Subscription: Provides premium access with automatic yearly renewal at a discounted rate
One-Time Purchase
A single payment that provides access to all premium content available at the time of purchase
Does not include automatic renewal
Future major updates, new modules, or significant new features may be offered as separate purchases
Auto-Renewal Terms
Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal price will be the same as the original purchase price unless otherwise notified
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
You can also manage subscriptions from within the app
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
Refunds
All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policies
You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect
Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
✅ Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bible app for the following purposes:
Personal reading and study of the Bible
Bookmarking verses as favorites and adding pins for personal reference
Tracking your personal reading progress
Sharing individual verses through your device's standard sharing functionality
Using the search feature to find verses by keyword or reference
Listening to verses using the text-to-speech feature
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
❌ Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the app or its content for commercial purposes
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to extract data from the app
Attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or content restrictions
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Misrepresent the app or its content as your own work
📝 Bible Texts and Intellectual Property
Bible Texts
All Bible versions included in the app are in the public domain or available under free-use licenses. The biblical texts themselves are not the intellectual property of AzyroApp. We provide these texts as a service to users for personal reading and study.
App Intellectual Property
The following elements are the intellectual property of AzyroApp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws:
The app's source code, design, and user interface
The app's icons, graphics, and visual elements
The database structure and organization of content
The AzyroApp name, logo, and brand elements
All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by AzyroApp.
⚠️ Disclaimers and Limitations
The Bible app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
AzyroApp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app
We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device
The app is a reading and study tool — it does not provide theological, spiritual, or professional guidance
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AzyroApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
🔄 Changes to the Service and Terms
App Changes
We reserve the right to:
Add, modify, or remove features and functionality
Add or remove Bible versions
Change the content available in free and premium tiers
Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
Terms Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time
The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app
🤝 General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AzyroApp regarding the use of the Bible app
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent
