At AzyroApp, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy describes how the Bible app handles your information. We designed Bible with privacy at its core — your personal data stays on your device, and we have no interest in collecting, selling, or sharing it.
📖 About the Bible App
Bible is a mobile application developed by AzyroApp that allows you to read, study, and share the Word of God. The app includes multiple Bible versions in various languages, reading tools such as favorites, pins, reading progress tracking, and advanced verse search capabilities.
Bible is designed to function as a standalone tool on your device. It does not require an account, does not connect to external servers for its core functionality, and does not collect personal information.
🔒 Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Bible is built with a privacy-first architecture. This means:
All your data — favorites, pins, reading progress, preferences, and settings — is stored locally on your device
The app does not require user registration or an account to function
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioral monitoring
We do not display advertisements of any kind
We do not create user profiles or track your reading habits
In simple terms: what you do in the Bible app stays on your device. We cannot see it, we do not want to see it, and we have built the app so that we never will.
💾 Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is created and stored exclusively on your iPhone:
Reading Data
Favorite verses you have bookmarked
Pins you have added to verses
Chapters marked as read and reading progress statistics
Your selected Bible version preference
App Preferences
Font size and reading display settings
Color theme preferences
Notification settings and schedules

Purchase Information
Your subscription or purchase status (active/inactive) is stored in your device's encrypted Keychain
This is used solely to determine whether to unlock premium content
We do not store payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information
All of this data is stored using Apple's standard secure storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, Keychain, and SQLite databases) and is protected by your device's built-in encryption.
☁️ iCloud Synchronization
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, the Bible app uses Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore to synchronize certain data across your Apple devices:
What syncs via iCloud:
Your favorite verses
Your pinned verses
Your reading progress per Bible version
Your reading statistics
Important details about iCloud sync:
This synchronization is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure
AzyroApp does not operate any servers that receive, process, or store this data
Only you can access your iCloud data through your Apple ID
You can disable iCloud sync at any time through your device's Settings
If you disable iCloud, the app continues to function normally using only local storage
For more information about how Apple handles iCloud data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
🔔 Notifications
Bible may send you local notifications if you have granted permission:
Daily reading reminders at your preferred time
These notifications are generated entirely on your device by iOS
No notification data is sent to any external server
You can manage or disable notifications at any time through iOS Settings → Notifications → Bible
The app will request notification permission during the initial setup (onboarding). You may accept or decline this request. Your choice does not affect the app's core functionality.
💳 Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments
Bible offers premium content through in-app purchases managed entirely by Apple's App Store:
Payment Processing
All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store
AzyroApp never receives, processes, or stores your payment information
We do not have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any financial data
Apple handles all payment security, fraud prevention, and transaction processing
What We Store Locally
A boolean flag indicating whether you have an active premium subscription or purchase
This flag is stored in your device's encrypted Keychain
It is used solely to determine whether to display premium content
Purchase Verification
The app verifies your purchase status using Apple's StoreKit 2 framework
Verification happens directly between your device and Apple's servers
AzyroApp does not operate any server-side receipt validation
Subscription Management
You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policies
